The Homer Elks Lodge is available to hold your events throughout the year.  For a modest fee we can cater your reception, banquet, birthday party, or other event from 10 to 300 people.

Procedures:

1. Special Events Application:  The special events application must be filled out.  Hard copy forms are available at the Homer Elks Lodge (see the bartender) or ONLINE.

2. Application is reviewed:  Application is reviewed by the House Committee on the First Monday of the following month.  If the date is available and the event is approved, you will be notified by mail or phone.

3. Down Payment:  A 50% down payment needs to arrive at the Lodge 2 weeks before the scheduled event.  This payment may be refunded up to 2 days before the event.

4. Day of event:  The remainder of the payment including any commissions, gratuities or other charges must be made before leaving the facilities.
